Looking up an ABI Beaumont value, or wondering whether a 43 ft "Beaumont Lodge" is the same caravan as the 42 x 14 Beaumont? It is not. ABI introduced the 43 x 14 Beaumont Lodge as a new model for 2024, after several years of 42 x 14 Beaumonts. This guide separates the generations, explains the 2-bed and 3-bed differences, and does not invent a trade price.

Model history

2017: launch as a 42 x 14. Leisuredays reviewed the ABI Beaumont in a piece posted on 25 October 2016, headed "New for 2017". The review model was a 42 x 14, 2-bedroom caravan, available in standard and residential specifications. Details from that review:

  • Pale cream aluminium cladding, black steel pantile roof, and large sliding patio doors at the front
  • A pre-galvanised chassis, with the reviewer suggesting an upgrade to a fully galvanised chassis
  • Low E Thermaglass double glazing
  • An optional Winter Premium Pack including bedroom heaters, heated towel rails and domestic central heating
  • Gas flame-effect fire, two Chesterfield-style sofas (one with a pull-out bed), integrated dishwasher, washing machine optional
  • King-size lift-up bed, walk-in dressing area, and an ensuite with a domestic-sized bath with shower over
  • Ex-works price quoted then: £56,812.04 including VAT. That is a historical new price

This is a secondary source, not an ABI archive sheet. Do not backdate later equipment onto a 2017 caravan: the fully galvanised chassis, gas central heating as standard and the later ensuite layout all need checking on the individual caravan.

2022 and 2023: the 42 x 14 2-bed and 3-bed. ABI's own Beaumont sheet, still hosted on abiuk.co.uk, covers the 2023 Beaumont 42 x 14 2-bed and the 2022 Beaumont 42 x 14 3-bed. Its included list: Chateaux Grey PVCu cladding, fully galvanised heavy-duty chassis, Low E Thermaglass double glazing, fully condensing boiler gas central heating, free-standing dining table and chairs, 5-burner gas hob including wok burner, integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave, front patio doors, and a lift-up king-size bed. The luxury ensuite with domestic-style bath, walk-in shower and his and hers sinks is marked 2-bedroom model only. The 3-bedroom model has a separate ensuite shower and toilet instead. Options include residential specification BS 3632, a front sliding door in place of French patio doors, CanExel cladding, a larder unit and an integrated washing machine.

Leisuredays reviewed a 2023 Beaumont on 9 March 2023 and confirmed a small range: the 42 x 14 2-bed under review and a 42 x 14 3-bed.

2024: the 43 x 14 Beaumont Lodge. ABI's 2024 specification sheet introduces "The Beaumont Lodge 43ft x 14ft x 2 bedroom" and lists it as a brand new model for 2024. This is manufacturer-backed, not park wording. ABI's included list for the Lodge:

  • Fully galvanised heavy-duty chassis
  • Chateaux grey PVCu cladding
  • Front sliding patio doors
  • White Low E PVCu Thermaglass double glazing
  • Fully condensing boiler gas central heating
  • King-size lift-up bed in the master bedroom
  • Luxury ensuite with domestic-style bath
  • Integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave, 5-burner gas hob
  • Domestic sofas, upholstered footstool, free-standing dining table with fixed dinette seating

Residential specification BS 3632 is optional on that 2024 factory specification. Other options include deluxe NEFF appliances, an integrated washing machine, CanExel cladding with VinyPlus feature cladding, a space saver bed for the twin room, and L-shaped seating with an armchair instead of free-standing sofas. ABI's highlights also mention an opulent feature window and slatted wall panelling.

The 2024 sheet we checked shows only the Beaumont Lodge. We could not establish from ABI material whether the 42 x 14 Beaumont continued alongside it, although one park is advertising a new 2026 42 x 14 Beaumont (below).

2026: park stock. Park stock in 2026 still includes both sizes. Lilliardsedge advertises a 2026 ABI Beaumont Lodge, 43 x 14, 2 bedrooms, described as BS 3632 residential specification. Sunset Park advertises a 2026 ABI Beaumont, 42 x 14, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6, also described as built to BS 3632. Sunset's page mixes "Brand new 2026" with a "Brand new 2025" feature line, so do not treat every line of a park page as factory year data.

Current status. ABI's homepage (checked October 2026) presents its 2026 and 2027 collection and names other holiday homes and lodges, including the Coworth, Keswick, Wimbledon, St David, Beverley, Derwent, Portofino, Ingleton, Langdale, Ambleside, Balmoral, Westwood Lodge, Kielder, Harrogate, Getaway and Eden. Beaumont is not named. We found no confirmed replacement model. Absence from that page does not mean there is no remaining new 2026 stock, and it does not tell you anything about parts or support.

How to identify an ABI Beaumont

  • Start with the paperwork, then check the caravan. Start with the manufacturer plate, serial/chassis information and any original paperwork, then confirm the model against the actual dimensions, layout and specification. Do not assume the plate or advert title will spell out "Lodge".
  • Length is the key split. A 42 x 14 points to the original Beaumont (2017 review onwards, and the 2022 and 2023 ABI sheet). A 43 x 14 2-bed points to the Beaumont Lodge introduced for 2024. Measure.
  • Width. Every Beaumont in the ABI material checked is 14 ft wide. A narrower "Beaumont" needs checking.
  • Front glazing. The 2022 and 2023 sheet lists front patio doors as standard with a sliding door as an option. The 2024 Lodge lists front sliding patio doors as standard. The 2017 review model had sliding patio doors. Glazing alone will not date the caravan.
  • Cladding. Chateaux Grey PVCu is standard on the 2022 and 2023 sheet and on the 2024 Lodge. The 2017 review model was pale cream aluminium. CanExel is optional. A timber-effect exterior does not, by itself, prove residential spec.
  • The bathroom tells the layout. On the 2022 and 2023 sheet, a domestic bath plus walk-in shower and two basins points to the 2-bed luxury ensuite. The 3-bed has a separate ensuite shower and toilet. The 2017 review model had a bath with shower over.

Specs and typical layout

2017 review model (42 x 14, 2 bed):

  • Twin room with two 3 ft beds; king-size master with walk-in dressing area
  • Ensuite with domestic-sized bath and shower over; separate shower room
  • Pre-galvanised chassis (fully galvanised as an upgrade); Low E double glazing
  • Central heating described within an optional winter pack
  • Build standard EN 1647; residential BS 3632 available
  • The review's berth line is confusing (it says six in two bedrooms, plus two on the sofa bed), so count beds rather than relying on it

42 x 14 from the ABI sheet (2023 2-bed, 2022 3-bed) and the 2023 review:

  • 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom
  • King-size lift-up bed in the master, dressing table, overhead cupboards
  • 2-bed: luxury ensuite with bath, walk-in shower and his and hers sinks, plus a separate family shower room
  • 3-bed: separate ensuite shower and toilet, not the bath suite
  • Domestic sofas, freestanding dining table, integrated dishwasher and microwave
  • Fully galvanised chassis, double glazing, gas central heating
  • The 2023 review prints the build standard as "BSN1647" (read that as the usual EN 1647 holiday-home standard unless your paperwork shows otherwise) and lists the 2-bed as sleeps four
  • Optional BS 3632, CanExel, washing machine, larder, sliding door

2024 Beaumont Lodge (43 x 14, 2 bed, ABI 2024 specs):

  • Front sliding patio doors, opulent feature window, slatted wall panelling
  • King-size lift-up bed; luxury ensuite with domestic-style bath
  • Integrated dishwasher and microwave; washing machine optional
  • Fully galvanised heavy-duty chassis, Thermaglass double glazing, gas central heating
  • Optional BS 3632 residential specification

2026 park adverts (not a factory sheet), checked October 2026:

  • Sunset Park: 2026 Beaumont, 42 x 14, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6, described as BS 3632, with integrated dishwasher and washer-dryer and a bath in the master ensuite
  • Lilliardsedge: 2026 Beaumont Lodge, 43 x 14, 2 bedrooms, described as BS 3632, with king-size bed, 3 ft singles, integrated washing machine, dishwasher and microwave

Use those park lines as examples of how particular new caravans are being sold, not as proof that every Beaumont is residential spec.

How much is an ABI Beaumont worth?

Recent published prices for new Beaumonts run from an £88,270 ex-works review figure (2023) to sited park asking prices in the £110,000s and £120,000s, depending on year, size, park and what is included. Those are new prices or asking prices. They are not a trade purchase of a used caravan for removal.

Individual valuation recommended. Values vary significantly by year, 42 x 14 versus 43 x 14 Lodge, 2-bed versus 3-bed, residential spec, condition, park package and collection.

We do not have reliable trade data for the Beaumont, so Static Caravan Buyer will not publish a trade price band for it off the back of park adverts.

What would Static Caravan Buyer actually pay for an ABI Beaumont?

We quote the individual caravan: year, confirmed length and width, whether BS 3632 paperwork exists, damp, the ensuite arrangement, and access for a 14 ft body.

The offer is cash for the caravan with collection arranged. It will not match a brand-new sited price at a holiday park.

ABI Beaumont prices you may see online

  • Historical new price (review ex-works), 2017: £56,812.04 inc VAT (Leisuredays; transport and siting extra).
  • Review ex-works, 2023: £88,270 (Leisuredays; transport and siting extra).
  • Sited classified quoted in that 2023 review: £129,995 for a 2023 Beaumont with decking in Southport.
  • Park new-price sheet: £99,000 for a new 2023 42 x 14 2-bed on a named plot (Morris Leisure).
  • Sited park asking prices, checked October 2026: £113,995 for a 2026 42 x 14 Beaumont (Sunset Park) and £127,950 for a 2026 43 x 14 Beaumont Lodge described as BS 3632 (Lilliardsedge).

All of those are new prices or asking prices, not completed cash sales for removal. Decking, site-fee context and the park's margin sit inside the sited numbers.

Retail asking price is not the same as a private sale value, and neither is the same as a trade purchase price.

  • Trade / cash buyer: pays for the caravan and the cost of taking it away. Often the fastest route where a private pitch transfer is unrealistic.
  • Private sale: can land higher, particularly for a sound 14 ft residential-spec caravan with a buyer who has land or a park that will accept the year.
  • Retail / park asking price: the figure in the park advert. It is rarely the figure for the caravan alone.

What affects ABI Beaumont value?

  • 42 x 14 Beaumont versus 43 x 14 Beaumont Lodge. They are different generations.
  • 2-bed bath suite versus 3-bed layout. They suit different buyers.
  • BS 3632 paperwork versus a holiday-spec caravan that merely looks premium.
  • Chassis: pre-galvanised on the 2017 review model, fully galvanised on the later ABI sheets.
  • CanExel or other cladding upgrades, and the condition of that cladding.
  • Damp, roof, patio or sliding doors, and the bath and shower suite (expensive to put right).
  • Whether the integrated dishwasher, microwave and any washer are still fitted and working.
  • Collection of a 14 ft body: route, ground and distance.

Known features and quirks

  • Two lengths, two generations. The 42 x 14 ran from the 2017 review through the 2022 and 2023 ABI sheet. The 43 x 14 Beaumont Lodge is ABI's new model for 2024. Do not value one as the other.
  • Luxury ensuite is a 2-bed feature on the 2022 and 2023 ABI sheet. Do not promise a bath and two basins on a 3-bed without looking.
  • Residential spec is optional on the ABI sheets, even though some 2026 park adverts describe BS 3632 for a particular home. Ask for the certificate or the order specification.
  • Not on the current ABI homepage. A Beaumont can still be a recent caravan while no longer appearing on ABI's latest collection page. Neither "nearly new" nor "unsupported" is a safe assumption.
  • Sleeps 4 versus sleeps 6. The 2023 review lists four for the 2-bed it saw. Some park adverts say six. Advertised berth counts depend on whether a lounge bed is included. The bedroom count is more reliable.

ABI Beaumont FAQs

What size is an ABI Beaumont?

The Beaumont documented from the 2017 review to ABI's 2022 and 2023 sheet is 42 x 14, in 2-bed and 3-bed layouts. The Beaumont Lodge introduced for 2024 is 43 x 14, 2 bedrooms. Measure yours.

What is the ABI Beaumont Lodge?

ABI's 2024 specification describes the Beaumont Lodge 43 x 14 2-bedroom as a brand new model for 2024, with front sliding patio doors, a fully galvanised heavy-duty chassis, gas central heating and a luxury ensuite with a domestic-style bath. It is a manufacturer model, not just park wording.

Is the ABI Beaumont residential?

Not automatically. BS 3632 residential specification is optional on the ABI sheets we checked, including the 2024 Lodge. Some park adverts describe particular homes as BS 3632. Only the certificate or original order specification confirms it.

What is the difference between the 2-bed and 3-bed Beaumont?

On ABI's 42 x 14 sheet, the 2-bed has the luxury ensuite with bath, walk-in shower and his and hers sinks. The 3-bed has a separate ensuite shower and toilet instead. The 2024 Lodge was listed as a 2-bed only.

How much is an ABI Beaumont worth?

We do not publish a trade price band for the Beaumont because we do not have reliable trade data. New sited asking prices checked in October 2026 were £113,995 and £127,950, but those are park retail prices for new caravans, not used values. A cash offer depends on the individual caravan.

Selling an ABI Beaumont

Wide luxury models can look valuable on a park website and still be awkward to sell privately once age rules, pitch transfer and transport are included.

We buy ABI Beaumont and Beaumont Lodge holiday homes across the UK, 2-bed and 3-bed, in any condition. No estate agent fees, no commission, and we arrange collection. Payment is made on collection day before the caravan is loaded.

  1. Call 0800 644 5000 or use the free offer form on the site.
  2. Tell us the year, whether it measures 42 or 43 ft, the bedroom count, whether you hold BS 3632 paperwork, and where the caravan is sited.
  3. Our team normally aims to contact you within 24 hours, and we aim to make a free, no-obligation cash offer within 48 hours of that contact. That is our aim, not a guarantee.
  4. If you accept, we arrange a collection date that works for you.

If the advert says Lodge and the paperwork says Beaumont, or the measurements do not match, tell us at the start. That keeps the offer accurate.
