Last valuation guide update: October 2026
Introduction
Looking up a Pemberton Marlow value, a 40 x 13 Marlow, or whether an older 37 ft Marlow is the same caravan as today's? Marlow is a current Pemberton static-homes name with several footprints, and the name goes back further than today's range. This guide keeps the standard Marlow separate from the Marlow Centre Lounge and from lodge or park-home claims, uses Pemberton's own page for current layouts and prices, and treats the trade figure as an individual quote.
Pemberton Marlow quick guide
| Manufacturer | Pemberton, Wigan, Lancashire (history traced to 1946) |
| Place in the range | Static Homes Collection on Pemberton's live site. Pemberton also says Marlow is available as a luxury lodge and park home; treat those as separate purchase paths, confirmed on paperwork |
| Related names (keep separate) | Marlow Centre Lounge has its own 2026 brochure and its own layouts. Do not price a Centre Lounge as a standard front-lounge Marlow from the word Marlow alone |
| Current standard layouts | 36 x 12 2-bed; 38 x 12 2-bed; 40 x 13 2-bed; 40 x 13 3-bed; 42 x 14 2-bed (Pemberton Marlow page, checked October 2026). |
| Current manufacturer starting prices | From £59,174 (36 x 12 2-bed), £60,138 (38 x 12 2-bed), £65,550 (40 x 13 2-bed), £67,144 (40 x 13 3-bed) and £74,746 (42 x 14 2-bed), stated inc. VAT. These are new starting prices, not used values. |
| Older Marlows | Dated park adverts include a 2015 Marlow at 37 x 12 and 2016, 2017 and 2019 examples. First production year not established |
| Ensuite | Pemberton's page lists a separate ensuite toilet and basin, with a shower in the 40 ft models; its feature list puts an ensuite shower on 13 ft and 14 ft models |
| Residential option | BS 3632 residential specification is available on Marlow in Pemberton brochure material |
| Trade value | Individual valuation recommended. |
| Current status | On Pemberton's live range, with Marlow in its 2026 and 2027 brochure material (checked October 2026) |
Model history
The Marlow name is not new. Dated park adverts we found include a 2015 Marlow at 37 x 12 and 2016, 2017 and 2019 examples. We could not establish the first production year, and older Marlows may differ in size and layout from today's range. A 37 ft length does not appear in the current range at all, which is a sign of an earlier generation.
Brochure continuity. Pemberton's brochure library lists Marlow brochures for 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026, plus a separate Marlow Centre Lounge 2026 brochure. Pemberton's 2027 brochure still presents Marlow with open-plan living, feature lounge panelling, an integrated flame-effect fire, freestanding furniture and an ensuite shower to 13 ft and 14 ft models, in 36 x 12 2-bed, 38 x 12 2-bed, 40 x 13 2-bed and 3-bed, and 42 x 14 2-bed layouts.
Current range. Pemberton's live Marlow page (checked October 2026) lists five standard layouts, all listed above, and describes the model as developed with a choice of sizes in response to demand. There is no 1-bed layout on the current page.
Lodge and park-home paths. Pemberton's Marlow page says the model is also available as a luxury lodge and park home. That is a statement about availability, not proof that every Marlow on a holiday park is residential stock. Paperwork and the park licence decide that.
How to identify a Pemberton Marlow
- Start with the paperwork, then check the caravan. Check the manufacturer plate, serial or chassis information and original paperwork, then confirm standard Marlow versus Centre Lounge, the year, exact size and options.
- Length as a generation clue. A 37 x 12 Marlow, like the 2015 example we found, does not match any current size and points to an earlier generation.
- Standard versus Centre Lounge. Centre Lounge puts the living area in the middle. A mid-home lounge and a different entrance position are Centre Lounge cues.
- Bed size. On the current page the 36 ft model has a 6 ft x 4 ft 6 in double, while the other sizes have a king-size bed.
- Ensuite. Current Pemberton wording puts a shower in the ensuite on the 40 ft (13 ft wide) and 14 ft wide models; smaller models have a toilet and basin ensuite. Do not assume an ensuite shower on every 12 ft Marlow.
- Freestanding furniture. Sofas, dining set and TV cabinet are freestanding in current feature lists, and pieces can go missing on used examples.
- Cladding. Pemberton photography often shows Seafoam aluminium with optional anthracite windows. Colour alone does not prove the year.
Specs and typical layout
Current standard Marlow (Pemberton live page and 2027 brochure):
- Five layouts: 36 x 12 2-bed; 38 x 12 2-bed; 40 x 13 2-bed; 40 x 13 3-bed; 42 x 14 2-bed
- Open-plan living area with central dining space; feature lounge panelling; integrated flame-effect fire
- Freestanding sofas (one with sofa bed); freestanding dining table with bench seating and/or chairs; freestanding TV cabinet
- 6 ft x 4 ft 6 in double in the 36 ft model; king-size bed in the other sizes
- Separate ensuite toilet and basin, with shower in the 40 ft models; ensuite shower on 13 ft and 14 ft models in the feature list
- BS 3632 residential specification available as an option in brochure material
Older Marlows (2015 to 2019 adverts): dealer adverts show sizes such as 37 x 12 2-bed. We could not locate a manufacturer brochure for those years, so describe an older Marlow from its plate, paperwork and what is actually fitted rather than from the current page.
Marlow Centre Lounge: identification only. Do not copy Centre Lounge floorplans or pricing onto a standard Marlow.
How much is a Pemberton Marlow worth?
Individual valuation recommended. We do not publish a fixed trade-value band for this model because year, specification, condition and collection requirements can make too much difference. A 2015 37 x 12 from an earlier generation and a 2026 42 x 14 with residential specification share a name but not a value, so one range would mislead.
What would SCB actually pay?
We quote the individual caravan: year, exact size, 2-bed or 3-bed, standard or Centre Lounge, whether BS 3632 is evidenced, damp, and collection. Our figure is for the caravan alone, collected by us. It is not Pemberton's starting price and not a decking-and-fees park asking price.
Online prices and price context
Examples checked October 2026, labelled by type:
- Current manufacturer starting prices (Pemberton Marlow page, stated inc. VAT): £59,174 (36 x 12 2-bed), £60,138 (38 x 12 2-bed), £65,550 (40 x 13 2-bed), £67,144 (40 x 13 3-bed) and £74,746 (42 x 14 2-bed). New starting prices before siting, transport and park margin, not used values.
- Sited park asking price: £63,000 for a pre-owned 2023 Marlow 38 x 12 2-bed, marketed with decking, residential-specification wording and park package terms.
- Sited park asking price: £34,995 for a 2020 Marlow 40 x 13 2-bed on pre-owned holiday home package terms.
VAT treatment of the park asking prices is not stated. Both include a pitch and park package, so neither is what the caravan alone would fetch.
Retail vs private vs trade: what the numbers mean
- Manufacturer RRP or ex-works price: what a new caravan cost from the factory or its price list in a given year. VAT treatment is not always stated, and siting, transport and connections are extra.
- Dealer or park retail asking price: what a seller hopes to get. A sited park price usually includes the pitch, siting, connections, sometimes decking and site fees, and the seller's margin. An off-site dealer price usually includes refurbishment, warranty and margin.
- Private asking price: often lower than retail, but the seller carries the risk, time and transport, and many parks restrict private sales on the pitch.
- Trade or cash buyer value: what a buyer such as Static Caravan Buyer pays for the caravan alone, collected from the pitch, with the buyer taking on transport, refurbishment and resale. It is lower than retail because those costs and risks move to the buyer.
An asking price is not a sale price, and none of the online figures in this guide is a trade value.
What affects Pemberton Marlow value?
- Year and generation: older 37 ft Marlows are not the current range.
- Layout and footprint: 36 x 12, 38 x 12, 40 x 13 and 42 x 14 are different stock; 2-bed versus 3-bed matters.
- Standard Marlow versus Centre Lounge.
- Holiday specification versus evidenced BS 3632 residential specification.
- Ensuite shower present where claimed.
- Damp, roof, front glazing and cladding condition.
- Freestanding furniture and integrated appliances still present.
- Collection access. A 14 ft body is a different move from a 12 ft body.
- Pitch included or not.
Known features and quirks
- Centre Lounge is a separate brochure. Sharing the Marlow name does not make floorplans interchangeable.
- Older Marlows exist. The 2015 37 x 12 example shows the name predates the current five-layout range.
- No current 1-bed. Pemberton's live page lists 2-bed and 3-bed layouts only.
- Ensuite is size-linked. 12 ft buyers should not assume a shower ensuite from a 13 ft brochure page.
- Starting price versus sited price. A £59,174 starting figure and a £60,000-plus sited package are different kinds of number.

Selling a Pemberton Marlow
If the park has written to you about age limits, or you would rather not wait for a buyer who also needs the pitch, a direct trade sale is often the simpler route. Tell us whether it is a standard Marlow or Centre Lounge, the year, exact size, bedroom count and whether BS 3632 is claimed.
SCB process
- Call 0800 644 5000 or use the free offer form on our website.
- Tell us what the manufacturer plate and paperwork say: the year, size, bedrooms, heating and glazing, condition and where the caravan is sited. Photos help.
- Our team normally aims to contact you within 24 hours, and aims to make an offer within 48 hours of that contact. These are aims, not guarantees.
- If you accept, we arrange collection on a date that works for you and the park.
- Payment is made on collection day before the caravan is loaded.
There are no estate-agent fees and no commission.
