Looking up a Willerby Sheraton value, a Sheraton Plus, or how a current Sheraton Anniversary compares with an older 12 ft or 13 ft example? The name has been in Willerby's range for a long time, but the body sizes, chassis specification and ensuite have changed. This guide separates those generations and keeps cash value as an individual quote.

Willerby Sheraton quick guide

Manufacturer Willerby (the 2016 review calls it the Willerby BK Sheraton)
Name history Willerby, in a July 2026 article, called the Sheraton an industry staple for more than 20 years. That is the manufacturer's claim. We could not establish a first production year
2012 example A sold dealer listing: 38 x 12, 2 bedrooms
2016 review 39 ft x 12 ft 6 in, 2 bedrooms; galvanised chassis optional in that review
2018 review 40 x 13 2-bed and 40 x 14 Sheraton Plus 2-bed, bath as standard on the Plus; reviewed Plus on a fully galvanised chassis
2020 park spec sheet 40 x 13, 2 bedrooms, ensuite shower; BS 3632 residential spec listed as an optional extra
Current Sheraton Anniversary 40 x 13 and 42 x 14, both 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6. Willerby calls the 42 x 14 layout the Sheraton Elite
Current manufacturer RRP (June 2026 list) 40 x 13: £66,900 ex VAT, £5,540.65 VAT, £72,440.65 inc VAT. 42 x 14: £74,500 ex VAT, £6,164.50 VAT, £80,664.50 inc VAT. These are new manufacturer prices, not used values (checked October 2026)
Valuation approach Individual valuation recommended. A 2012 38 x 12, a 2018 Plus and a 2026 Anniversary are not one price.
Current status Sheraton Anniversary is on Willerby's live range and price list. Willerby says it was refreshed for the 2027 season. Older sizes are used stock

Model history

Willerby's 15 July 2026 news, unveiling the new-look Sheraton Anniversary as part of its 2027 range refresh, describes the Sheraton as one of its most established models and an industry staple for more than 20 years. Treat that as name heritage. It does not mean a 2012 caravan and a 2026 Anniversary share a floorplan, and it does not give a first production year.

Public, checkable generations look like this:

  • 2012: a sold Bridlington Caravan Centre listing describes a 2012 Willerby Sheraton as 38 x 12, 2 bedrooms, with double glazing, central heating and front doors. One listing is not a whole range, but it shows 12 ft stock of that era exists.
  • 2016: Leisuredays reviewed the 2016 Willerby BK Sheraton as a full revision for that season: aluminium cladding, pitched pantile roof, gas central heating, freestanding lounge furniture, and a size of 39 ft x 12 ft 6 in. A galvanised chassis was optional ("on request") in that review. The review quoted an ex-works price of £44,646.93 including VAT. That is a historical new price.
  • 2018: Leisuredays' Sheraton Plus review describes two 2-bedroom models, 40 x 13 and 40 x 14 (the Plus), with a bath as standard on the Plus. A lodge specification (CanExel or timber cladding, Outlook French doors, BS 3632:2015 residential specification and a lodge badge) was optional. The reviewed Plus was on a fully galvanised chassis. Ex-works figure in the review: £50,040.41 including VAT, again a historical new price.
  • 2020: a Seafield park spec sheet describes a 40 x 13, 2-bedroom Sheraton: light grey aluminium, white PVCu double glazing, galvanised chassis, central heating, freestanding sofas, king-size bed with lift-up storage, walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite shower. Residential BS 3632 (2015) is listed as an extra, with Outlook French doors.
  • 2023: the Willerby brochure for that year showed the Sheraton as "coming soon" with a new colour scheme. That reads as a refresh of an existing name, not a first launch.
  • Current: the live model is the Sheraton Anniversary, which Willerby says was designed to mark 80 years of its craftsmanship. Willerby's current page and price list show a 40 x 13 and a 42 x 14, both 2 bedrooms, sleeping 6. The 40 x 13 has an ensuite shower room. The 42 x 14, which Willerby's floorplan calls the Sheraton Elite, has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and 3 ft single beds in the second bedroom.

New list prices and old ex-works figures are manufacturer or review prices for new caravans. They are not what a used Sheraton sells for in cash.

How to identify a Willerby Sheraton

  • Start with the paperwork, then check the caravan. Start with the manufacturer plate, serial/chassis information and any original paperwork, then confirm the model against the actual dimensions, layout and specification. Do not assume the plate carries every marketing word (Plus, Lodge, Elite, Anniversary). Willerby's help centre says it may be able to find a home's age from the serial number, although it does not hold records for every home.
  • Record what you find. If the paperwork or review-era material says BK, record that rather than quietly upgrading it to Anniversary.
  • Width and length by era. In the sources checked: 12 ft wide and about 38 to 39 ft long in the 2012 listing and 2016 review; 40 x 13 or 40 x 14 in the 2018 review and 2020 sheet; 40 x 13 or 42 x 14 on the current Anniversary. The 2018 Plus at 40 x 14 is not the same footprint as the current 42 x 14.
  • Exterior on later stock. Light grey aluminium cladding and white frames are the standard look in the 2020 sheet and on the current Willerby page. CanExel, rigid vinyl, timber and graphite windows are options, not the base model.
  • Lounge. Freestanding sofas, a feature fire and a freestanding dining table show up across the 2016, 2018 and 2020 descriptions and the current page.
  • Master bedroom end. King-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and dressing table appear from the 2016 review to the current page. The ensuite is a shower in the 2016 review, the 2020 40 x 13 sheet and the current 40 x 13, and a bath on the 2018 Plus and the current 42 x 14.

Specs and typical layout

2016 review model (39 ft x 12 ft 6 in, 2 bed):

  • Up to 6 berth in the review: twin, double or king, plus a pull-out in the lounge
  • Gas central heating, combi boiler, insulated walls and lagged pipes
  • Open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner; freestanding three-piece suite; feature fire
  • C-shaped kitchen, integrated microwave and fridge-freezer, gas cooker
  • Family shower room and a master ensuite shower
  • Walk-in wardrobe and lift-up bed storage
  • Galvanised chassis optional in that year's review
  • Build standard stated as EN 1647
  • French doors discussed as an option; the review wording is not fully consistent about the base model

2018 to 2020 descriptions:

  • 40 x 13 2-bed, or 40 x 14 Plus (2018 review)
  • Bath standard on the Plus in the 2018 review; shower ensuite on the 2020 40 x 13 sheet
  • Fully galvanised chassis on the 2018 review model; galvanised chassis listed on the 2020 sheet
  • Central heating, double glazing, freestanding lounge furniture, king-size lift-up bed
  • Optional BS 3632 residential specification, quoted as the 2015 standard in that era's material

Sheraton Anniversary (current Willerby page and price list):

  • 40 x 13 or 42 x 14, both 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6; one sofa folds out into a double bed
  • 40 x 13 standard list: central heating, fully galvanised chassis, ensuite shower room, feature electric fire
  • 42 x 14 (Elite) standard list: central heating, fully galvanised chassis, Velux windows to kitchen, ensuite bathroom, feature electric fire; 3 ft single beds in the second bedroom
  • King-size bed with lift-up storage, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table
  • Options include lodge specification, graphite PVCu windows and doors, Outlook French doors, a double bed in place of the twins, and a footstool
  • Built to the Willerby GreEN Standard, according to Willerby
  • A Sheraton brochure file dated 2025 refers to optional residential specification BS 3632 (2023). Match the standard year to the caravan's own paperwork. A 2018 caravan is not a 2023 residential spec just because a newer brochure mentions it

How much is a Willerby Sheraton worth?

Do not turn the current list price or a 2016 or 2018 ex-works figure into a used value. Those numbers are what a new Sheraton was priced at, before transport, siting and park margin, and they do not describe a cash purchase of a used one.

Individual valuation recommended. Values vary significantly by generation, width, residential spec, condition and whether the sale includes a pitch.

Static Caravan Buyer is not publishing a single trade price band across Sheraton, Sheraton Plus, Lodge, Elite and Anniversary. The bodies are too different, and we do not have reliable trade data for this model.

What would Static Caravan Buyer actually pay for a Willerby Sheraton?

The offer depends on the year, the exact size, what the paperwork says about Plus, Lodge, Elite or Anniversary, damp, whether the chassis is galvanised, what the ensuite actually is, and how collection works.

A cash offer for the caravan, with collection arranged, sits below a new list price and usually below a sited park asking price. It is not a best-case private sale either.

Willerby Sheraton prices you may see online

You will see different kinds of number, and they are not interchangeable:

  • Historical new prices (ex-works, from reviews): £44,646.93 inc VAT for the 2016 review model and £50,040.41 inc VAT for the 2018 Plus review model.
  • Current manufacturer RRP: Willerby's price list effective June 2026 shows the Sheraton Anniversary 40 x 13 at £66,900 ex VAT, £5,540.65 VAT and £72,440.65 inc VAT, and the 42 x 14 at £74,500 ex VAT, £6,164.50 VAT and £80,664.50 inc VAT (checked October 2026, using Willerby's published figures). Willerby says prices can change without notice and should be confirmed with a park or distributor. Parks add transport, siting and their own margin.
  • Sited park asking prices: a further step up. We did not pin down a reliable used asking price for this guide. If you are comparing a live park advert, label it as an asking price and note decking, fees and licence terms.

Retail asking price is not the same as a private sale value, and neither is the same as a trade purchase price.

  • Trade / cash buyer: a direct sale of the caravan, useful when age rules or a slow pitch transfer get in the way.
  • Private sale: can be higher, especially off-site or to a buyer who can use a residential-spec caravan.
  • Retail / park asking price: the highest headline, and often a package rather than the caravan alone.

What affects Willerby Sheraton value?

  • Generation and footprint: 38 x 12, 39 ft x 12 ft 6 in, 40 x 13, 40 x 14 Plus and 42 x 14 Anniversary are different stock.
  • Bath ensuite versus shower ensuite. Buyers notice this on the wider models.
  • Residential or lodge specification versus holiday spec. Paperwork has to match the claim, and the BS 3632 year should match the era (2015 in 2018 to 2020 material, 2023 in the later brochure).
  • Galvanised chassis. It was optional in the 2016 review and standard on later descriptions. Do not assume it on an older caravan.
  • Damp, roof, French doors or front glazing, and cladding (aluminium versus CanExel or timber).
  • Appliances still present, including any extras that were fitted.
  • Collection access and distance. A 14 ft body is a different move from a 12 ft body.
  • Pitch included or not.

Known features and quirks

  • BK wording. The 2016 review is titled Willerby BK Sheraton. Later material drops the BK. Record what your paperwork says. Do not invent a wider company history from the initials alone.
  • Plus, Lodge, Elite, Anniversary and BK are not interchangeable. In the 2018 review, Plus meant the 40 x 14 with a bath. Lodge was an optional specification. Elite on the current Willerby page is the 42 x 14 Anniversary layout. Anniversary is the current model, refreshed for the 2027 season.
  • Freestanding lounge furniture is a Sheraton habit across the reviews. It feels more domestic than fixed seating, and it also means pieces can go missing.
  • Chassis and doors changed status. Optional galvanising in 2016 versus standard later is a real specification change. So is French doors as an option versus Outlook doors bundled into lodge or residential packs.
  • List price shock. Owners of a 2018 or 2020 Sheraton sometimes compare it with the new Anniversary price. New money is not second-hand money.

Willerby Sheraton FAQs

What size is a Willerby Sheraton?

It depends on the generation. In the sources we checked: 38 x 12 (a 2012 listing), 39 ft x 12 ft 6 in (2016 review), 40 x 13 and 40 x 14 Plus (2018 review), 40 x 13 (2020 park sheet), and 40 x 13 or 42 x 14 for the current Sheraton Anniversary. Measure yours.

What is a Willerby Sheraton Plus?

In Leisuredays' 2018 review, the Sheraton Plus was the 40 x 14 2-bedroom model with a bath as standard, alongside a 40 x 13. Do not apply that description to other years without paperwork.

What is a Willerby Sheraton Elite?

On Willerby's current Sheraton Anniversary page, the 42 x 14 2-bedroom layout is called the Sheraton Elite. Its standard list includes an ensuite bathroom, Velux windows to the kitchen and a fully galvanised chassis.

Does the Willerby Sheraton have a bath?

Some do. The current 42 x 14 has an ensuite bath and the 2018 Plus had a bath as standard. The current 40 x 13, the 2020 40 x 13 sheet and the 2016 review model have an ensuite shower. Check the caravan itself.

How much is a used Willerby Sheraton worth?

We do not publish a trade price band for the Sheraton because the generations differ too much and we do not have reliable trade data. Current list prices from £66,900 ex VAT are for new caravans, not used ones. A cash offer depends on the year, size, specification and condition.

Selling a Willerby Sheraton

A park age limit, or a private buyer who needs the pitch to transfer, is the usual reason a cash sale is simpler.

We buy Willerby Sheraton holiday homes across the UK, including older 12 ft examples, Plus and Lodge specifications, and later Anniversary layouts, in any condition. No estate agent fees, no commission, and we arrange collection. Payment is made on collection day before the caravan is loaded.

  1. Call 0800 644 5000 or use the free offer form on the site.
  2. Tell us what the plate and paperwork say, the year, size, ensuite type and where the caravan is sited.
  3. Our team normally aims to contact you within 24 hours, and we aim to make a free, no-obligation cash offer within 48 hours of that contact. That is our aim, not a guarantee.
  4. If you accept, we arrange a collection date that works for you.

Send a photo of the plate if the advert and the paperwork disagree. That is the difference between pricing a 12 ft 2012 and pricing a 42 x 14 Anniversary.
